Returns Policy

We are all about customer satisfaction and we want you to be satisfied with your order. However, we do understand if a product does not work out for you.

We accept returns you have purchased from our online store within 14 days of the order being delivered, unless it is an item that was listed discontinued or final sale.

We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc)

Gently package the item and send your return to the address listed below using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Inside of your package be sure to include contact information (e.g Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, and Order Number) in order to contact you during the return process.

Please note that Kalon Kosmetics do not cover any shipping & handling charges of returns nor responsible for returned package item(s) lost in transit.

We highly recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and insurance.

Any discontinued or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Your return will be processed upon its arrival. Processing time for returns take 2 to 4 weeks from the time it’s received and for credit to reappear to your account. An email will be provided to confirm receipt of return. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we received it (4 to 6 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Tip: Before shipping your return, if you will like to retrieve a gift card for your return, please note that on the slip of your contact information sheet.

After placing an order, the process for fulfillment is an estimate of 2-4 days. You will receive an email once your order has shipped.

Kalon Kosmetics primarily ships through USPS. You'll be provided with a tracking number via email once the order is shipped.

Shipping rates vary based on the weight of the items purchased.

We ship within the United States and Internationally.
