Shipping & Returns


After placing an order, the process for fulfillment is an estimate of 2-4 days. You will receive an email once your order has shipped. Due to COVID 19, please allow us up to 4 to 6 business days to fulfill and ship your order.

We ship within the United States and internationally. 

Kalon Kosmetics primarily ships through USPS and additional carriers for international. You'll be provided with a tracking number via email once the order is shipped.

Shipping rates vary based on the weight of the items purchased.

Internationally, you can now choose different shipping methods, in addition to seeing how much custom duty fees cost. International customers are now able to pay for customs fees ahead of time as well.

Shipping is free for US orders over $40, and International Shipping is free for orders over $75.

Returns Policy

We are all about customer satisfaction, and we want you to be satisfied with your order. However, we do understand if a product does not work out for you.

We accept returns you have purchased from our online store within 14 days after the order is delivered unless it is an item that was listed discontinued or final sale.

We will pay the return shipping cost if the return results from our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, e.g.) by providing you with a return shipping label via e-mail.

Gently package the item and send your return to the address listed below using USPS.

Please note that Kalon Kosmetics does not cover shipping & handling charges of returns that are not Kalon Kosmetics fault or responsible for returned package item(s) lost in transit or mailed to the incorrect address.

Any discontinued or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Your return will process upon its arrival. Processing time for returns takes 1 to 2 weeks from the time it’s received and for credit to reappear on your account. A provided e-mail with the receipt of the return sends when the process begins. This period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we received it (4 to 7 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Tip: Before shipping your return of our fault, if you would like to receive a store credit for your return, please communicate with customer service.
